This year’s Speaker Series focuses on revolutionizing music sharing and impact of businesses on our environment.

Our goal is to educate today’s student for tomorrow’s world. Our esteemed guest speakers offer a unique insight from personal experiences which we can all learn from.

Revolutionizing music sharing
Presented by: Marketing/artist relations team, Grooveshark (grooveshark.com)

Grooveshark is a Gainesville based start-up that is looking to change the digital music industry. Founded by Sam Tarantino, a former UF student, Grooveshark has made tremendous strides towards revolutionizing technology for music sharing. Users can listen, upload and share their music with the world while artists can use Grooveshark as a promotional tool.

The Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation was created to introduce the concept of entrepreneurship to students and faculty, to provide knowledge and experience for those who desire a deeper understanding, and to inspire all to live their lives in an entrepreneurial manner.
